Programming

From a very young age, I have been interested in computing and video games. For a long time, I even considered studying computer science or electrical engineering rather than mathematics. One of my dreams is still to code my own video game from A to Z, which has become all the easier with generative AI today. However, I have not yet had the time to start working on it, nor have I had the game idea that would motivate me to do so. Below, you will find some of my projects. Feel free to visit my GitHub page.

PROGRAMMING

  • Piano Practice Companion: Piano Practice Companion is an open-source web & mobile app allowing you to practice your musical instrument with the help of backing tracks and lead sheets coming from the ChoCo database (which includes iReal Pro Forums). You can play a track, as well as practice chord progression ear training or sight reading using these same tracks. Try the web demo here.

  • High School Thesis: Back in 2014-2015, for my high school thesis, I coded a Tetris game, the first level of DOOM, as well as a 3D Flappy Bird, using Blender & Python. I still have the original Blender files, but these projects use proprietary material and can probably be done using simple AI prompts nowadays, so I’m not sharing them publicly. Please reach out to me if you are interested.

ANIMATION

  • Danganronpa Fanmade Animation: This 3D animation was made in Blender back in 2018. The initial goal of my high school thesis was to make a 3D animation, but it turned out to be way more complex than I thought. Instead, as you can read above, I coded games instead, but I went back to my original project a few years later. I took inspiration from the 3D animations of a game called “Danganronpa” and made my own animation based on these. As of November 2026, the video has 179,000 views on YouTube! Again, this project uses proprietary material, so I’m not sharing the original files publicly.
